Dr. Dixie Small has been practicing Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine in Portland, Oregon since 2009. Opening WATC in 2011 as a holistic community healthcare resource, it is her goal to meet people where they are and guide them in their own path to greater health. At WATC patients benefit from acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, moxibustion and more. infections, headaches, migraines, nasal congestion, upper respiratory
