Alissa Fields is a board certified doctor of chiropractic (D.C.). She believes that health begins with a well-balanced lifestyle, including diet, exercise and emotional well-being. She combines Chiropractic techniques with education to improve her patient’s quality of life. 

She believes that health requires daily movement, helping to move energy, circulation, oxygen throughout your all parts of your body. She encourages her patients to find more intentional movement in their daily life, as movement is essential to supporting the physical body. 

While she enjoys treating all patients, Dr. Alissa naturally gravitates towards treating children and women, with an emphasis on pregnancy and postpartum care. Dr. Alissa is committed to facilitate your family’s journey to wellness. She’s curious, inquisitive, excited and inspired to continue advancing her knowledge in order to provide the best care possible.

Dr. Alissa’s personal path of finding health inspires her to continue learning and to help others to find health in their body. She intends to find a personalized plan of care for every individual. Treatments consist of gentle spinal manipulation, soft tissue manipulation and patient education meant to build momentum away from pain through promoting proper joint function. She emphasizes to all her patients that awareness of body positions and habits are the key to making positive change in how a person feels and moves their bodies.

Dr. Alissa Fields was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She received a B.S. in Sports Medicine at Pepperdine University in 2002. After years of exploration in the medical field she was drawn to chiropractic medicine. She graduated Cum Laude from University of Western States in 2015. Dr. Alissa started her career at Whole Mama Whole Child in Portland, Oregon before returning to Center for Chiropractic & Pain Rehabilitation where she did her preceptorship with Dr. Megan Ziskovsky.
